RETURN POLICY

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We can only accept returns on defective items if we are contacted immediately upon receipt. We will provide a return shipping label and will replace the defective item (if available), or we will issue a refund upon return of the item. Upon return of the item, if no defect is found present the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges both ways.

Firearms Returns: Firearms cannot be returned once they have been transferred to the customer. Once the firearm has been transferred, it is considered used, even if it has not been fired. The customer must inspect the firearm before completing the transfer. If there is an issue with the firearm, do not complete the transfer, contact us immediately so that we may find a resolution. If a firearm is found to have a defect after it has been transferred to the customer, it is then the customer's responisbility to send the firearm back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, as per the manufacturer warranty. Firearms sent to the manufacturer for warranty repair can be returned directly to the customer without having to be transferred through a dealer.
