Northwest Armory Gun Warranty

Purchase with confidence—Northwest Armory offers a Supplemental Limited Lifetime Gun Warranty on the purchase of any new firearm.   If any eligible gun* purchased from Northwest Armory with a Supplemental Limited Lifetime Gun Warranty becomes defective, bring it to the store or ship it back and Northwest Armory will have it repaired at no charge.  If the firearm is not able to be repaired, it will be replaced.  If no direct replacement is available, we will offer your purchase price as a credit towards the purchase of any item(s) from Northwest Armory.    

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser.

This warranty applies to new guns.

If a firearm is repaired or replaced, the customer must take delivery of the firearm from a licensed FFL dealer.  Northwest Armory will pay for shipping back to the customer’s dealer. Northwest Armory is not responsible for any additional fees for transfers or background checks.

This warranty covers the firearm against manufacturer defects only.  It does not cover the replacement or refinishing of parts that are subject to normal wear throughout the lifespan of the firearm.  This warranty covers the firearm as originally sold by Northwest Armory; it does not extend to guns altered or rebuilt after their original purchase.  This warranty does not cover guns used other than for their legal intended purposes.  This warranty does not apply to scopes or other accessories attached to the firearm.  Accuracy is NOT included in this warranty.

Northwest Armory’s liability for breach of any warranty shall be limited to replacing or repairing the nonperforming or defective goods (to be determined at our discretion).  We shall not be liable for any other damages, either direct, incidental or consequential.  This warranty gives you specific legal right, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

*Exceptions include used firearms, surplus and military firearms (new or used), and firearms used for commercial, rental or demonstrations, etc.  Work and repairs by anyone other than the manufacturer void this warranty.
