Great store, well maintained. Sales people, very polite and helpful. Although the store had very many customers, I was waited on in a timely manner and in minutes I was out of there. I might add that the weapon I purchased was on sale.

I purchased M&P Shield 9mm, had not even fired the gun and while practicing racking the slide it stuck into the open position. I looked online on how to resolve and finally went back to the gun store (not your store) and they referred me to S&W, I returned the firearm for repairs, but there is a reliability problem and S&W said it is a small percentage of the firearms. My response back was, "we already know this firearm stuck into the open slide position, what if an emergency arises and at that moment the firearm fails". After a little bit of dancing around the subject and avoiding we went on to another subject. I would not recommend this firearm, the store says they will not refund, S&W says they will not refund, so off to court we go.
