We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately (within 3 days). We can only accept returns on defective items if we are contacted immediately upon receipt. We will provide a return shipping label, and will replace the defective item (if available), or we will issue a refund.
Firearms Returns: Firearms cannot be returned once they have been transferred to the customer. Once the firearm has been transferred, it is considered used, even if it has not been fired. The customer must inspect the firearm before completing the transfer, and notify us immediately if there is a problem. We will provide a return shipping label, and we will replace the defective item (if available), or we will issue a refund. If a firearm is found to have a defect after it has been transferred to the customer, it must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, as per the manufacturer warranty. Firearms sent the manufacturer for warranty repair can be returned directly to the customer without having to be transferred through a dealer.
