*Note: all firearms sold must be shipped to a
Federal Firearms Licensed dealer. Prior to shipping, we must have a signed copy of
the dealers license for our records.
Terms of Sale
1) Payment
We accept payment by check, money order, Visa or MasterCard. If paying by credit
card, please send a fax with credit card number & expiration date and a statement
authorizing purchase amount.
2) Satisfaction Guaranteed
Unless otherwise noted, all purchases have a 3-day inspection period. If the item is
not satisfactory, buyer must notify seller within 3 days of receipt. Buyer is
responsible for return shipping. Buyer will be credited for purchase price, less
shipping charges, once item is received by seller, and once seller verifies item is in the
same condition as it was originally shipped.
3) Seller's Liability
All firearms, unless described as "New in Box", are sold as collectible items
only. Seller makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations whatsoever as to
fitness for use, reliability, or safety to fire. Before shooting any collectible
firearm, buyer should have it inspected by a reputable gunsmith. All ammunition is
sold for collecting purposes only.
4) Shipping
Non-Handgun items will be shipped via UPS Ground Service, insurance included.
All Handguns will be shipped via Priority Mail. Shipping charges
listed in the item description are for shipment within 48 states. Shipping to Alaska
or Hawaii will be additional, and will be based on the weight and insured value of the
item.
